Still Searching for Housing? Consider Subletting at CUIMC

Did you know CUIMC affiliates qualify to sublet an on-campus housing unit? This includes individuals doing rotations at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center during the summer months.

If you need housing for a period when our short-term housing is not available, request the most recent sublet list from the Office of Housing Services at housingservices@cumc.columbia.edu. Sublets are typically available during the months of June-August.

You can also seek alternate housing options through Columbia’s Off-Campus Housing Assistance (OCHA) office. If you have questions about OCHA, email ocha@columbia.edu or call 212-854-2773.
