Beginning at noon on Friday, May 2, there will be a Con Edison inspection of the LED fixtures and controls on select floors of Hammer Health Sciences Center

The condenser water system serving the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Building will be temporarily unavailable from 6 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, due to repairs.

We will be conducting a fire alarm system test throughout the Russ Berrie and School of Nursing buildings from 6 p.m. until approximately 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30.

We will be removing the scaffolding located in front of the Allan Rosenfield Building and next to Haven Plaza beginning on Monday, April 14.
- April 4, 2025
We will be removing the scaffolds on the east façade of the Allan Rosenfield Building from 8 a.m. until approximately 6 p.m. from Monday, April 7, through Friday, April 11.

Steam and hot water service will be temporarily unavailable throughout Hammer Health from 4 a.m. to approximately 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, due to urgent repairs.

The reverse osmosis (RO) water system will be unavailable throughout the William Black Building from 6 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, due to emergency repairs.

Due to a water leak in the Irving Cancer Research Center over the weekend, passenger elevator cars #2 and #3 will be out of service until repairs are completed.

Steam systems will be temporarily unavailable throughout the William Black Building from 6 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, due to urgent repairs.

Hot water service in the William Black Building will be intermittently unavailable until further notice, due to urgent repairs.

Due to repair work, only passenger elevator car #15 is currently operational in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Building.

Due to urgent repairs, the steam system will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, March 15 from 6 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Monday, March 17, from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Due to ongoing repair work, passenger elevator car #2 in 51 Audubon will be out of service until approximately 6 p.m. on Monday, April 21. During this time, use the remaining passenger elevator.

The existing fluorescent light fixtures in the Georgian Building will be upgraded and replaced. This work will begin on Monday, March 17, and continue through approximately Friday, April 18.
