Building-Specific Enhancements

We’ve been working hard to support Columbia University Irving Medical Center's day-to-day operations so our clinicians, researchers, faculty, and students can continue to do their best work during these unprecedented times. Below are the building-specific enhancements and changes we’ve implemented. You also may learn about our general facilities-related enhancements.

Our changes and enhancements reflect newly issued standards and industry best practices outlined by agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
