We will be conducting a fire alarm system test of the Hammer Fire Alarm system from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 6.

Domestic water service will be temporarily unavailable on floors 8 through 17 of Hammer Health Sciences Center beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021, due to repairs.

Access to stairwell A in Irving Cancer Research Center will be temporarily unavailable to all floors below C1 from 7 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, until approximately 6 p.m. on Friday, December 17.

Due to equipment repairs, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) service for floors 15, 16, and 17 of the William Black Building will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, December 11.

We will be conducting fire alarm testing in Mary Woodard Lasker Biomedical Research Building from 7 a.m. to approximately 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26.

The mechanical room located on the 2nd floor of Irving Cancer Research Center will be tarped off from the hallway on Thursday, October 21, and Friday, October 22, for facilities-related work.

In accordance with Local Law 11, façade inspections will take place at Allan Rosenfield Building from 8 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 23.

We are installing a sidewalk bridge in front of 1 Towers 2 and 3 beginning Thursday, October 21. Once completed, the sidewalk bridge will remain in place for approximately six months.
