As part of our efforts to renovate the second floor of Hammer Health Sciences Center, we will be conducting core drilling in the Knowledge Center from October 10 through October 21.

We will be completing minor office renovations on the first floor of the William Black Building through late November 2022.

Hot water service in ICRC will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, October 4, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to scheduled hot water riser repairs.

Beginning on Monday, October 3, 2022, we will begin phase one of our elevator modernization project in the VP&S Building.

We will be installing new flooring in the elevator lobby and adjoining corridors of the 15th floor in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Building.

We will be performing sidewalk repair work at Irving Cancer Research Center from Monday, September 26, to Friday, October 28.

The 5th Floor reverse osmosis (RO) water system will be temporarily unavailable from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. TODAY, September 23, 2022, due to emergency repairs.

Facilities staff will be testing and inspecting the Fire Alarm System in Georgian beginning September 26 through September 30 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

From Monday, September 19, to Friday, September 23, 2022, we will be conducting façade repairs at the William Black building.

Due to ongoing emergency repairs, the re-heating of all labs in Irving Cancer Research Center will be temporarily disrupted from Sept. 19 - Sept. 22.

We will be conducting fire alarm testing in the Hammer Building from 6 p.m. until approximately 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 15.

We will be installing new flooring in the elevator lobby and adjoining corridors of the 14th floor in Vanderbilt Clinic.

Beginning on September 6, 2022, we will be conducting façade repairs at Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and William Black buildings.

Asbestos abatement work will be performed in the public corridors on the 14th floor of the Vanderbilt Clinic building from 5 p.m. on Friday, September 2, to 11:30 p.m. on Monday, September 5.

Our Facilities teams and the elevator maintenance company have been working all day to restore elevator service in Black Building and VP&S.

Elevator car #3 in the ICRC Building will be out of service from Monday, August 29 – Wednesday, November 16, 2022, for elevator modernizations.

AC service on floors 2 and 3 in Black Building will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday, August 23, from 8 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. due to emergency repair work.

Due to planned work, the elevator banks in Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons will be temporarily unavailable on August 24 and 25 from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Hot water service will be temporarily unavailable throughout the Georgian Residence building from 1 p.m. to approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16.
