If you notice a washing machine, dryer, or card machine that is out of service, please submit a work order. We also encourage you to report any signs of leak or mold; stopping these issues in their tracks can prevent more extensive damage.
If you are experiencing trouble with your laundry card, please contact the vendor directly to resolve your issue. You can find the contact information posted in the laundry rooms.
We will repair or replace machines in residential buildings at no cost. Please note, we work with an external vendor to repair card machines.
