Hammer Bldg. Partial Scaffolding Removal Begins June 10

Beginning on Monday, June 10, we will start removing portions of the scaffolding located around Hammer Health Sciences Center’s northern (along W. 169th Street) and western (along Haven Avenue near Barnes and Noble Campus Store) elevations.

Highlights of what to expect:

• We will conduct this work between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
• While the scaffolding is being removed, portions of the surrounding sidewalks may be blocked. Flag persons will be onsite to assist with directing pedestrian traffic.
• Neither Hammer’s loading dock nor any of its entrances will be obstructed during the scaffolding removal.
