Meet Frank Menard

Frank Menard joined Capital Project Management in 2017. He began his career in construction more than 20 years ago as a laborer; since then, he has managed the construction of new condominium developments, commercial office spaces, and advanced medical facilities in hospitals.

Despite having an impressive portfolio of completed projects, Frank is most grateful for the quality time he spends with his family during the holidays.

Do you have any foods or drinks you especially like to eat or drink around the holidays?

My family and friends come to my home every Christmas Eve—everyone brings a different dish. I always make shrimp, bread, lasagna, pernil, and coquito. It’s a fun (but long) night of celebrating.

What’s your favorite part about the holidays?

My favorite part of the holidays is being able to spend time with my family. I also love getting gifts for the kids.

Do you have any holiday traditions?

I have a nice tree at my house, and I decorate it every year after Thanksgiving. I use decorations that I got from my parents. It's a nice way to keep traditions going from generation to generation.
