Guest Parking Requests
Space permitting single day parking may be requested for visitors to the campus conducting University business.
Guest parking is intended to be used by departments hosting donors, potential recruits, guest speakers, etc. Guest parking should not be requested for Columbia employees who need to commute to campus.
Only Columbia University Medical Center-affiliates with a valid cumc.columbia.edu email account authorized to use an ARC chartstring may request guest parking.
The cost for guest parking is $35 per vehicle per day Submit your guest parking request at least 72 hours before the arrival date. We will respond within 24 hours or by the next business day. If your request is approved, it is nonrefundable and cannot be canceled. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the assigned parking location.
Due to the high demand for and limited supply of on-site parking, not all guest parking requests can be granted.
Special Event Parking
Due to the high demand for on-site parking, we will only consider group parking requests for after-hours or weekend special events. The fee is $650 per event for up to 40 vehicles, with an added charge of $35 per each additional vehicle over 40.
To make a request, please submit your contact information, chart string, the date and time of the event, and the number of guests and guest names to email@example.com. You cannot cancel your guest parking request once it is approved, and it is non-refundable.
NewYork-Presbyterian's parking garage is located at 115 Fort Washington Avenue, between 164th and 165th streets, and is managed by the NYP Parking Office. The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments accepted at the hospital's parking garage includes cash and debit/credit card.
