Communications Request Form
You must submit all non-urgent communications requests to the Facilities Management Strategic Communications team via an online request form.
- Be sure to gather and confirm all of the important details, including the scope and any related impacts, before contacting the Strategic Communications team.
- Once you submit a request, a team member will contact you to confirm the project or initiate follow-up conversations.

Submitting Your Communications Request
Consider the following lead times when you submit your requests:
- For smaller projects (i.e., basic webpage updates, e-mail communications, printed/digital signage, etc.) submit your request at least five to ten business days in advance of the target send/go-live date.
- For larger and more complex projects (i.e., new web pages, event promotions, photography, video projects, etc.) submit your request at least four weeks in advance of the target send/go-live date.
