VP&S Bldg. Steam Disruption, Apr. 29

Due to repairs, steam and steam-related systems in the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Building will be temporarily unavailable from 4 p.m. to approximately 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29.

• While we conduct the repairs, there will be no hot water, heating, sterilization, autoclaves, steam tables, or dishwashers available throughout the building.
• During this time, occupants may also experience temperature fluctuations in the building.
• Eyewash devices and overhead emergency shower units will be functional but will be supplied with cold water only. Accordingly, please consider limiting research operations that have significant potential for splash or face and bodily exposure during the shutdown.
