Vagelos Education Center FAQ: How do I reserve a room?

Room Reservations

To reserve a room at the Vagelos Education Center, including Room 401, please visit the 25Live room booking system. If you do not have access to 25Live, you can request access/training.

To reserve room 401, the event space on the fourth floor, for any non-curricular event, contact the Faculty Club at facultyclub@columbia.edu.

For additional questions, review these FAQs and the room reservation policy, which encompasses who may make a reservation as well as rules regarding food and drink. Submit any additional questions related to available spaces to vecrooms@columbia.edu.
