Restricted/Limited Access to Allan Rosenfield Building 10th Floor, July 10-13

The 10th floor entrance and lobby of the Allan Rosenfield Building (ARB) will be temporarily unavailable from 7 a.m. today, July 10, through approximately 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 13. During this period, please use the building’s accessible entrance located on the 8th floor, via the driveway, and observe all posted signage.

Highlights of what to expect:

• Elevator access will be limited. 
• Access to the 10th floor will be restricted.
• Absent an emergency, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the dates listed above, faculty, staff, students, and patients must enter and exit the building using the 8th floor entrance.  
• Public Safety will provide guidance from the 8th floor Public Safety desk.

• Activities listed are subject to change based on approvals, University events, other requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please expect delays due to modified building entry, elevator, and street traffic, so grant additional time if traveling by bus, car, or subway. Accordingly, please consider consulting with your supervisor about shifting scheduled in-person activities to online during this period.
