Extended GWB/Fort Lee Shuttle Evening Service Begins Mar. 6

We’re always working to enhance our service offerings to support CUIMC students, faculty, and staff. In partnership with Columbia Transportation, we're now able to ensure our campus community can work, care for patients, and tend to their studies knowing there is the option of safe evening transit.

Beginning Monday, March 6, the George Washington Bridge/Fort Lee Shuttle will offer two additional evening departures from CUIMC as part of a six-month pilot program.

Shuttle Details:

  • The George Washington Bridge/Fort Lee Shuttle connects CUIMC to Parker Plaza in Fort Lee and runs Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
  • Shuttle service is free to Columbia University ID card holders – just tap your CUID on the card reader as you enter the bus.
  • Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and all riders must present their Columbia ID when boarding the shuttle.
