Allan Rosenfield Bldg.: Façade Repairs Begin Nov. 29

Following the recent façade inspections, we will be conducting façade repairs at Allan Rosenfield Building. These repairs are being completed in accordance with Local Law 11, a New York City law that requires property owners to inspect all exterior walls of commercial and residential buildings higher than six stories every five years.

• The first phase of this project involves building scaffolding over the patient driveway and along the Riverside Drive sidewalk. This work will begin on Monday, November 29, and will be conducted after hours. We currently anticipate it will take approximately one week to complete the scaffolding.
• In the next phase, we will be conducting façade repairs as well as installing railings at various setbacks located around the building. We anticipate this work to begin in early to mid-December. We will share additional information prior to the start of construction.
