51 Audubon Alert: Lighting Retrofit and Upgrades, Dec. 11 – Jan. 12

As part of Sustainable Columbia Plan 2030 and NYC’s Local Law 88, the existing fluorescent light fixtures in 51 Audubon will be upgraded and replaced with LED light fixtures throughout the building beginning on Monday, December 11 through Friday, January 12.

What you can expect during this time:

• You are NOT required to be present for the upgrade
• Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (except Holidays)
• Work will occur in the stairwells and throughout the building
